HealthVine FAQs for Youths & Families

General HealthVine Questions

HealthVine contracts with specific payors to collaborate in the care of patients. Currently, HealthVine works as a delegate of CareSource and Anthem to provide care management services for CareSource and Anthem Medicaid members. HealthVine also supports youth who are enrolled in the OhioRISE program through Aetna BetterHealth.

HealthVine can partner with your provider to help with care management services, such as the coordination of care, needs assessments, mental health screenings and more.

While HealthVine is backed by Cincinnati Children’s, we operate as a separate entity.

No! As a member of your Medicaid plan, you are automatically eligible for HealthVine services. To learn more about OhioRISE eligibility, services, or to learn more about getting a CANS assessment, please contact our HealthVine OhioRISE team at 513-636-5007 or by emailing OhioRISE@cchmc.org.
